Tom Brady is out for the season.
Ike is battering Cuba.
And I've got the blogging blahs. I don't want to post. Heck, I don't even want to read. I've pared my reading list down to just my very favorites, and when I do read them, I can't think of anything to say, so I've not been commenting. It's like my brain won't focus. What I do post is disjointed and rough. Which makes me even more reluctant to post. So what do I do?
I do what I always do. Post a picture.
Some pink flowers, taken just at dusk, with a flash. I kinda like the effect.
Blah...

I'm blah too. I can't seem to get out of the rut
I've got the blahs too. I think it's the heat.
I feel so bad for the Patriots. Poor Tom Brady.
I've had the same problem. There seems to be a bad case of the blahs going around. There is plenty going on in my life right now to talk about, just don't really feel like talking about it, I guess.
I like your picture. The pinks against the black background are very pretty.
I kinda like the effect.
So do I. Cool!
Mrs. Palin cured my blahs, but I'm getting the distinct feeling that my regular readers don't give two figs about that, based on a general lack of comment on my (many) political posts of late. Oh, well. It's MY blog and I'll post what I like. So there. ;-)
Ashley, I hear ya, girl.
Opal, yes, it definitely could be the heat. I feel bad for the Patriots, too. I was looking forward to seeing if they could win without cheating, but now they've lost Brady. They ain't much of a team without him.
Amy, same here. I had a pretty good post mentally composed, but when I sat down to type it out, I just went "Blah" and didn't post it.
Buck, it isn't that I'm not interested in Mrs. Palin, I just don't get into discussing politics. It just ain't my thang. Now, football, on the other hand...but I suspect my few readers don't give a fig about that, either.
I'm having a hard time staying on topic (Martial Arts)so some of my posts have been about other things - and further in between, too. As they say, this too shall pass...I hope...
MAM, you know, one of the main topics I started blogging for was to discuss martial arts. Now I hardly ever post about them. It just got too repetitive to say "We did basics, then kata, then drills" over and over again.
