Cody comes home from his band trip tomorrow. He's been gone on band trips before. He's been gone on longer trips before, but for some reason I've missed him more this time. It may have something to do with him looking up his father and trying to meet him-- without telling me. But that's the subject of another post. One written when I've had more sleep.
I'm telling you, if sleep deprivation is considered torture, then every mother who's ever lived has been under constant torture since the moment her first child was born.
I took vacation tomorrow, but I was planning on getting up at the regular time. Now, I'm thinking I might sleep in just a bit. If my dogs will let me, that is.
