Severe Weather
It's pretty much been the norm today all over the Southeast US. We've been under thunderstorm, tornado, and flash flood watches and warnings all day. There's been some wind damage, but so far, I haven't heard of anything too severe.
Over in Dallas, it was a different story. The Cowboys' practice facility collapsed during practice, with some 70 people inside. Latest reports have 12 people with injuries, though most of them are not serious. There are three or four that are serious, but not considered life threatening. Joe DiCamillis, the new special teams coach, was seen being removed by stretcher with a neck brace on.
I first heard about it while watching the Kentucky Derby. The sportscasters were interviewing Jerry Jones, who had just heard about the incident himself. First they said it was a tornado, but now they are saying it was just strong winds. I've got a few videos linked:
The Players Escape
The Bubble Collapses
The Damage
There are more out there, but they are mostly the same footage. I'll keep you updated as I find out more information.
