44-6. It doesn't get much worse than that. But look on the bright side. At least we aren't Detroit fans.

Well, the season is over for Cowboys fans. I guess I'll go to bed and start dreaming about next year.

LOL - Yes, at least you're not Detroit fans! My husband is mourning with you. I think the hope that we'll have tickets for the Fiesta Bowl is keeping him going. ;)

Thanks Tammy. If you do get to go to the Fiesta Bowl, blow a kiss to Colt McCoy for this dirty old lady, would ya?

It looks like we'll be going, but we'll be sitting with the players' families since my nephews on the team. I'll have to blow him a kiss when his mom isn't looking. LOL

Did I mention I grew up a MAJOR Ohio State Buckeye fan? My mom went there... so I'll be a winner either way. :)

it'll be interesting to see what kind of changes the organization will make during the off-season. i heard jerry jones say there won't be any coaching changes. very interesting....

I have no doubt that there will be some changes, because there always are. I think he meant he doesn't intend to fire anyone, but coaches can resign, or move elsewhere. Did you hear the Lions are wanting to interview Jason Garrett? I do think they need to get rid of the special teams coach, because special teams killed the Cowboys all year. I'd like to see a new offensive line coach, too. Tony shouldn't be getting beaten up like he is, nor should he have to run for his life every play. A lot of the so called "stupid" plays he made this year were really desperation plays.

As for the players, there is usually some turnover each year--30% is what Jerry was saying. It'll be interesting to see how they shape the team for next year.

What I have to wonder is how this year would have turned out differently if Felix Jones had stayed healthy. Did you notice that things started heading downhill when he got hurt?

I still think that injuries really hurt this team this year. I know they say that this is football, and you just have to play through it, but when your quarterback is walking like a 90 year old man, you know he's not playing at a high level. They were saying on Talkin Cowboys this morning that his finger still hasn't fully recovered, either, which probably affected his passing ability.

Well, I didn't mean to go on so. YOu have a very happy new year!

Tammy, LOL! You can kinda do it on the sly! No, I don't remember you ever mentioning that you were a Buckeye fan. Well, at least they won't be losing the national championship again!
