If I have closed the program and am walking away, then yes, I have finished using the computer. There is no need to shout, "Are you done?" at my retreating back.
And there is certainly no need to follow that question up by asking, "Are you sure?"
I'm walking away. I'm sure.
So, just use a little common sense, mmmkay?
