Let me put in a little plug for the local (somewhat) zoo. We haven't been there in a while, but I've posted pictures from this zoo before. They are about to open a new exhibit in October. We're planning on going up there to see it when it opens.
I live in St. Louis suburbs and we have one of the best zoos around...and it's still free! Haven't went in a long time either. I think I'll ask my hubby if we could go soon. Good idea, Becky!
I wish the Memphis Zoo was free! Still, even though it's not, I feel it is the best VALUE for my entertainment dollar around. Much better value than going to the movies.
