I can't believe you are posting dirty pics on your blog. LOL Really nice photography. Cotton is such a pretty plant. Okay, the plant itself is pretty scrubby looking but it looks great once the bolls open.
ohhh...pretty boles. With no rain around here, there isn't much growing. I did see some with flowers on it the other day. Maybe with the rain we got this week, there may be a crop by thanksgiving.

I don't think the cotton has opened up around here - actually there is not much cotton around here, but there is more to the south of us.

Thank you all for your comments. I love cotton, both in the boll and to wear. It's not my favorite to knit with, though.
They'll probably defoliate later this month, then the bolls will really open up. I'll try to get more pictures then, if I can.
