Y'all, I have to share this with you!
About six or so months ago, I started watching a YouTube channel called European Reacts. He's a guy named Andre from Portugal, and he reacts mostly to videos about life in the U.S. such as Lost In The Pond videos -- which is also one of my favorite channels, oh by the way. A while back, he reacted to a video by Peter Santinello which was filmed right here in good old Grenada, Mississippi.
I keep saying I'm going to do a rebuttal of the aforementioned video, because I don't feel it portrays the town accurately at all. It's like he deliberately filmed and edited the piece in order to reinforce the stereotypes about the South -- that we're all poor, uneducated, and of course, racist. But that's another post for another day. Today is all about Andre.
Well, here lately Andre has been watching a lot of Kent Rollins cooking videos and saying he wants to try to make some American dishes. After much encouragement from his viewers, he finally started his cooking series. First up, deviled eggs.
What's really cool about this is that he said he doesn't even know how to cook, so he's figuring that out at the same time, and I think he's doing a great job. After his successful attempt at making deviled eggs, today he made from scratch macaroni and cheese.
And now, I'm hungry, so I'll just leave you with today's advent figure -- another lamb.
He will feed his flock like a shepherd: he will gather the lambs in his arms, and carry them in his bosom, and gently lead the mother sheep. Isaiah 40:11

That's cool that a video was made about your town! I've been watching more youtuber channels where they are traveling across the US and I keep hope that one time I'll see a video where it's up in my neck of the woods. Nothing yet.
