on the second Monkey sock.
I got quite a bit of progress made because, yes, I was a heathen and stayed home from church. I slept like 10 hours last night, and by the time I woke up, I just didn't feel like rushing to get there.
I figure if Jesus fell asleep in the bottom of a fishing boat in the middle of a raging storm, he understands what tired is.
So, I stayed home, watched movies and knit all day. I'm tempted to do it again tomorrow.
I'll let you know how that goes.
I've been a heathen most of 2011. But I'm trying to break out of it.
ReplyDeleteI understand. What with all the hours we've been working, it's hard for me not to just want to stay home and veg on Sunday. I think if I didn't have library duty, I'd be a heathen again today.
ReplyDeleteI keep trying to type "heathern". That is Southern colloquialism.
It's a struggle each Sunday for me. But when I don't go, my week is horrible. So if heathern is Southern for heathen, I wonder what us Yankee heathens should be called. Yankees? Hehe.
ReplyDeleteHeathen/Yankee, they are synonymous.
