I try to do at least one kata each day. I used to do them all, but that was back when I only knew one or two. It was easy then. Now that I know 10 1/2 kata, it's a little tougher to do then all each day. My style only has 15 kata--8 empty hand and 7 weapons kata.

ReplyDelete6 kata days in a week! That's more than me! I do three times a week. (usually in class) but now, I'm missing time in class to do all kata :-O
I thought I'd never learn as much kata.
